Sales Advisor

Location – Haverfordwest

Full time Sales advisor with administration

40 hours a week to include Saturday working rota

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join a successful retail sales team with a real commitment to delivering first class customer satisfaction.

You will be a person who demonstrates a passion for sales whilst engaging the customers’ interest by selling products to the general public. Snowdrop sell through our showroom and through home visits.

The ability to connect with our customers is absolutely crucial. Likewise, you’ll need to have a great understanding of our products too. Success in this role is all about understanding the individual needs of the customer first before proposing a solution. We are looking for a person who will embrace a challenge, learning constantly, enjoy working in a team, and have a natural drive.

Sales Representative

Location – Haverfordwest

To support continued growth the business requires a Sales representative to become an active and dynamic member of our team.

Working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, this rewarding role will include:

  • Maintaining and developing B2B & B2C client relationships
  • Visiting potential customers and assessing the home for disabled access equipment
  • Following up on branch generated leads to both business and consumer customers.
  • Demonstrating a wide range of mobility equipment
  • Measuring, assessing and understanding the needs of the client
  • Demonstrating a wide range of mobility equipment .
  • Explain clearly all relevant information to the client in order for them to make a decision.
  • Preparing and following up quotations
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities
  • Communication with cross-function support teams
  • Supporting tender submissions.
  • Maintaining records of all pricing, sales, and activity
  • Some minimal cold calling required.
  • Following company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
