The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way many of us carry out our day-to-day tasks. For vulnerable people, doing things safely is of paramount importance. Many of our customers fall into this group and many of them have been shielding in their homes or in care homes. Carers and relatives have also been practising social distancing strictly to protect them.
So, over the past month we’ve been working hard to ensure we provide customers with essential support keeping them and our staff safe. In the past four weeks, we’ve offered a phone and collect service, home delivery, and phone consultations.
Now, we’re delighted to announce that we have opened an online shop where customers can order a range of items. We feel it’s another important way to serve our customers and keep them safe.
What does our online shop sell?
The shop stocks useful daily living aids and items for continence care, ensuring customers won’t run out of the products they need to stay independent. The extensive online range includes can openers, waterproof bibs, adapted cutlery, plates and cups, and bathing aids.
Why did we take this decision?
Listening to what our customers need and putting them first are at the core of our business. For us, setting up an online store at this time helps us enable our customers’ independence, giving them peace of mind that they can get what they need without the risk of leaving the house.
