Returns & Refunds

To request a refund please email marketing@snowdropindependentliving.co.uk. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of Snowdrop having received the item back in resaleable condition.

Returning an item because you have changed your mind:

Should you wish to return any good purchased through Snowdrop Independent Living’s online shop, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Following notification of your wish to return your items, you will then have 14 further days in which to send it back to us. The item must be unused and in original condition (including all packaging intact).  You will need to cover all postage costs.

Returning an item because it is faulty:

Exceptions apply to:

  1. Bespoke products – Where the order is for a bespoke product and production is in progress charges will be levied as determined by the manufacturer. Where the order is in advanced production with the manufacturer, or is completed – no cancellation of order is permitted. Payment will be due in full within the usual payment terms.
  2. Goods which are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed cannot be returned as these could not be resold by the company.
