It doesn’t matter where your mobility equipment was purchased, our team of local engineers are on hand to get your equipment back in good working order. We can repair mobility scooters, power chairs, riser recliners, stairlifts, bath lifts, wheelchair walkers or rollators. Our senior engineers can also diagnose and repair more complex equipment such as ceiling track hoists, curved stairlifts, outdoor lifts and through-floor lifts.
Most minor repairs including battery replacement or adjustments are easily fixed in your own home. Just give us a brief description of the issues you are experiencing, and we will arrange to fix your equipment either at your home or in our workshop. For peace of mind, you will receive a quote for the parts and labour cost first.
If you prefer, you can make an appointment to drop off your equipment at our showroom and we’ll do the work while you wait.
If your scooter has broken down, contact your recovery provider in the first instance to get you, and your scooter, to a safe place.
If you are a Motability Scheme customer and have an accident or accidently damaged the equipment, your repair cost is covered by the scheme. If you notice an issue with your mobility scooter or power chair, just get in touch with us and we will guide you through the process of making a claim for the cost of repair.
Our standard call out rate is £75. Feel free to contact us for an estimate of the repair in advance of scheduling an appointment with one of our engineers.
You can phone your local branch directly if you know the contact number, or get in touch with a brief description of the issues you are experiencing with your mobility equipment.
