Delivery and Returns

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering and will be made using either Royal Mail or FedEx.

Your order may need to be signed for and we request that somebody is available to take delivery of your item. If you have ordered a large or heavy product, we recommend that you make appropriate arrangements to accept the delivery.

If for any reason we are experiencing difficulties with your delivery, a member of our team (Tel: 0333 200 1337) will contact you.

Delivery Costs

All orders to UK Mainland* addresses incur a £5 delivery charge. This covers order processing, packaging, handling, insurance and delivery costs. Dispatch & Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your completed order and payment. Occasionally, when an item is not currently in stock, we have to order it from our supplier. If this is the case we will inform you by phone or email and advise you of a delivery timescale. Should this not be satisfactory, you have the option to cancel the order to receive a full refund.

Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or FedEx on a 2 to 3 working day service.

If you have not received your order from us within 7 working days, please contact us by email or phone. Please note however, that depending on availability, items may be sent separately, so you may not receive your entire order in one delivery.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return an order or part of an order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
